These recycling systems are developed modularly and are arranged as required by the applications. The systems are fed with materials that are pre-cut done by a granulator. The granulators can be positioned separately away from line and hence give a way for a flexible layout and position of the line equipment. The pre-cut material is then transported via a suction fan into the extruder silo. An agitator system is integrated inside and ensures a stable continuous feed based on the customer needs. In comparison other recycling lines, our product is fed inside the line in ambient temperature conditions and are not thermally pre-compacted. A special screw design performs the necessary pre-compacting. And hence there is no thermal load and thereby ensuring an absence of degradation prior to the extrusion process.
